Unique Strategies to Overcome Fears Causing Anxiety and Panic. Hello Everyone! I am so happy to be writing you today. I truly look forward to this space with you. This week I got to experience firsthand a feeling that is quiet familiar yet it is not one I like to feel at all and that is anxiety/panic. This space is not one we ever want to sit in for long. As time goes on it seems harder and harder to remember our normal happier days or just the days we were more use to. Below I have listed tips that I use to get out of the anxiety/panic feelings as fast as possible. Tip #1 - Become Conscious to the Feeling Keep conscious of your feelings from an outer person perspective. This can be applied through the simple acknowledgment of the feelings.
